Linda is thrilled to be in Asheville surrounded by natural beauty and a truly holistic community. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching fitness, health longer than that.  Her classes are a meditation in motion: a vinyasa flow connecting strength, balance, and focus utilizing the breath, alignment, and joy. Not only is she a physical therapist, but has worked through several injuries giving her a unique perspective on safety, modification, and acceptance.
