Matney Plyler

Hi! I’m Matney. I grew up in Boone and have made a return to WNC after a stint in Reno, NV where I completed my YTT. I’ve been a student of yoga for 10 years and a teacher since January of 2025. I am so excited to be back and teaching yoga in the Blue Ridge Mountains that have always felt like home.
