I fell in love with yoga as a high school senior growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I found myself entranced by the way that breath control, rhythmic movement, and soulful stillness assisted in calming my mind, and helping me discover the ability to deeply rest and reset. I began teaching in 2016, and since then have had the privilege to complete numerous trainings with gifted teachers across the globe. Throughout my years of practice and teaching, my focus has always been to let the breath be the guide. My classes weave together proper bodily alignment, mindful breathing, and intuitive flow that create harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Currently, I am deepening my relationship with yoga through studying and practicing clinical Ayurveda. I look forward to sharing time and space with you!
