I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years. I trained to teach different styles of yoga and now focus on helping my students to find their optimal yoga practice whether they want to improve their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual aspects of the practice . I strive to help students to focus inward and to be present by using breathing practices and modifying poses as needed. My teaching style is gentle and therapeutic. I believe that through practice of yoga we can all find even stronger connections to all, love, kindness, gratitude, acceptance and tolerance.
