I began practicing yoga in my early 20’s as a means for stress-relief as a student in University. Towards the end of my 20’s, I became inspired to share the medicine that is yoga with my community as an instructor. I received my 200-hour RYT in Rishikesh, India with an aim to blend both western and eastern approaches in my practice. Yoga is my way to drop in, tune out, and just be. Through yoga I am able to channel more grace, love, and acceptance for my body and mind. I aim to encourage others to listen more intently to their bodies and let the practice guide them into a deeper awareness of themselves.
