Stephen is a joyful retiree who loves sharing the gift of yoga with others. His classes offer an energetic vinyasa flow taught in a calm, straightforward, and welcoming way.
Yoga has been an essential part of Stephen’s life for more than 30 years, helping him recover after a serious car accident. He credits the practice with the vitality and well-being he enjoys today.
When he’s not on the mat, you’ll likely find Stephen hiking, walking his boxer, Zoey, riding his motorcycle, reading, taking classes through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UNCA, playing chess, or volunteering at the Humane Society. He also treasures time with his wife, three daughters, sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. Though, as he says, that list isn’t necessarily in order of preference.
