Heal Old Trauma In Stillness is a gentle, 90 minute mindfulness workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, release old emotional patterns, and cultivate deep inner trust. Through guided talks, grounding practices, and open discussions, you’ll explore the wisdom of your body, the power of compassion, and the freedom that comes from letting go of self-blame. Each segment builds naturally — from awareness, to compassion, to release — creating a safe and supportive space for healing.
