SOMA Breath Rave: Breathwork & Ecstatic Dance w/ Kyle Espenshade

A multi-sensory ecstatic dance experience that combines SOMA Breath techniques with proprietary music technology using hypnotic music and tribal dance rhythms to take you into peak experiences.

Note: All breathwork techniques should ideally be done on an empty stomach, or at least 1-2 hrs after eating a full meal. All levels are welcome. Please see contraindications at the bottom of the description.

An ecstatic ceremony for the nervous system — where ancient breath practices meets modern music.

Through rhythmic breathing, bass-driven soundscapes, and uninhibited movement, the SOMA Breath Rave opens a doorway into ecstatic states, emotional release, and deep embodiment. A space to shake, sweat, surrender, and reconnect with your body’s natural bliss. The experience flows between our signature SOMA Breath sequences and free-form ecstatic dance, allowing energy to move, integrate, and express itself organically.

No expectations. No substances. Just breath, sound, sweat, and presence.
