Prepare for holiday travel and gatherings with an on-the-go yoga toolkit designed for busy schedules and cramped spaces. This 2-hour workshop will emphasize mobility, circulation, and nervous system balance: skills you can use wherever the holidays take you.
Through a mix of breathwork, mobility drills, targeted stretches, and mini-flows, you’ll learn how to keep your practice alive and aches and pains at bay, outside of the studio, without a mat.
Topics include:
- Loosening tight hips, shoulders, and the spine from long hours of sitting
- Boosting circulation and energy with travel-friendly movements
- Resetting your nervous system with breath techniques for stress, jet lag, or pre- and post-gathering jitters
- Using everyday items as yoga props
- Building a 10-minute hotel room sequence you can take anywhere
Expect a mix of movement, strength, and restorative practices, along with practical tips you can use at the airport, in the car, or even at the Thanksgiving table. Instruction is woven into guided practice, with space for participant questions throughout. You’ll leave with simple tools, a take-home routine, and the confidence to keep your practice alive wherever you are.
About your guide: Chelsea is a traveler at heart and has studied yoga and meditation on-the-go for over twenty years across four continents, weaving movement and mindfulness into one practice. She invites curiosity and presence, guiding students to explore the meeting point of body and mind, both on and off the mat.

- A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.
- If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
