• Chant Your Heart- An Introduction to Mantra w/ Rian Austin

Asheville Community Yoga 8 Brookdale Rd, Asheville, North Carolina, United States

Mantra is a powerful tool to liberate the mind and heart. The root of the word, mantra, is manas (mind) + tra (to protect). When we gather in community to chant, we bring this practice to life. We always leave a little brighter.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to a variety of mantras and their significance. You will cultivate the power of your voice. You will experience mantra as meditation and as celebration. As we chant, these sacred sounds resonate deep in our consciousness. They guide us home.
You may be playing with mantra for the first time or rekindling a consistent practice; just bring your authentic presence. Chant your heart and know the joy of sacred sound!
