Strong hips create stability in the pelvis (our center of gravity) and the spine and minimize low back injuries. Imbalances in the hips can disturb the alignment of the knees and vice versa. In this lecture and practice based workshop, we'll explore how to maintain healthy hips and knees for long term benefits.
