Ayurveda, the ancient medicine of India, so beautifully describes the fundamental order and structure of nature. When we live with its rhythms, we starts to flow with the river instead of struggling against the current.
In this workshop the 5 elements, 3 doshas and 20 gunas will start to make sense to help us balance:
- indigestion
- heartburn
- constipation
- insomnia
- stress/restlessness
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to implement diet adjustments and use simple kitchen herbs and remedies for better digestion
- Learn how to use teas and oils to sleep better
- Experience an easy yoga sequence for fitness and energy, as well as breathing techniques and meditation in conjunction with Ayurvedic principles
- Learn your individual Ayurvedic constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
- Share your experience and ask questions
No experience necessary! Come in comfortable workout/yoga clothes.
