Yoga & Breath for Menopause & Perimenopause w/ Dana Maria

Reframing the Menopause Transition-- We’ll honor this phase not as a loss, but as a rebirth: a time of wisdom, intuition, & renewal. Menopause is inevitable. Suffering is not.

This two-hour workshop is designed for women experiencing perimenopause & menopause. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, & meaningful group connection, you’ll explore ways to ease common symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, & insomnia while deepening your understanding of this powerful life transition.

We’ll honor this phase not as a loss, but as a rebirth: a time of wisdom, intuition, & renewal.

Workshop Goals

  • Learn supportive, accessible tools to manage symptoms

  • Create a safe and affirming space for reflection, growth & self-care

  • Reframe menopause as a rite of passage into deeper embodiment and inner knowing

  • Cultivate community & shared understanding

  • Women in perimenopause or menopause (approx. ages 40–65)

  • Those seeking natural tools for managing symptoms

  • Anyone wanting to feel more empowered, connected, and informed

Dana’s weekly classes are Wednesdays 9-10:15am Vinyasa Flow, Thursdays 6:15-7:15 Gentle Flow and Fridays 7:30-8:30am Warm Vinyasa Flow. For more information on Dana, please see her teacher profile here!

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.

Refund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop:

  • A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.
  • If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
