Mindfulness Tools to Manage Stress, Triggers, and Self-Criticism
Recovery isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about learning how to actually live.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating, you’re not alone. Many people in recovery struggle not because they lack discipline, but because they haven’t been taught how to work with their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system in a practical way.
This 2-hour experiential workshop offers a different approach.
Through guided mindfulness practices, real-world tools, and interactive exercises, you’ll learn how to slow down, respond to stress more effectively, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This isn’t a lecture—it’s something you’ll feel and practice.
What You’ll Learn
-How to get out of autopilot and into the present moment
-Tools to manage stress, cravings, and emotional triggers
-How to work with difficult emotions instead of avoiding them
-Ways to quiet the inner critic and build self-compassion

This workshop is experiential and accessible to all levels. You’ll be guided through a series of short practices, reflections, and optional partner exercises designed to help you apply what you’re learning in real time.
