Everyone knows that yoga is an incredible practice for building flexibility, but this speciality class will go deeper into how to build balanced and healthy strength in your yoga practice.
While flexibility work gives your joints much-needed range of motion, strength is the foundation for moving safely and efficiently within that range of motion. It also well-known that training against resistance strengthens your bones and connective tissues, helping with healthy aging. Â

Cost: $15-$25 Sliding Scale- Please use the drop-down menu to select the payment that best fits your budget. The majority of your payment goes directly to the teacher.
PLEASE NOTE:Â We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
Refund Policy:Â We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop:
- A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.
- If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
